Building Permits and Fire Inspections

The Building and Fire Inspection Services operate out of the Engineering Department on the first floor of the Town Hall. Their main functions include receiving and processing applications for building permits, carrying out building inspections, performing routine fire inspections, and the administration of any dangerous and unsightly premises concerns.
The Town employs two inspectors, both of whom are appointed to act under the Building Code Act, the Fire Safety Act and the Dangerous and Unsightly Premises Section of the Municipal Government Act. If you wish to contact any of the staff listed below via EMAIL, click on the appropriate name.
