The ideal candidate for this position has:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certification in first-aid, CPR, and WHMIS
• A valid Nova Scotia driver’s license (required)
• A willingness to work out-of-doors on a regular basis and the flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts when required
• Ability to safely operate a equipment associated with park/green space maintenance
• The ability to perform the physical demands of the job including but not limited to lifting, standing, walking, bending and crouching.
