Sports Fields

The Town is fortunate to have two quality soccer pitches - the LaHave Street Sportsfield and the Kinsmen Athletic Field. These fields are home to many leagues, both adult and youth, in addition to the Kinsmen Field being a prime usage for the Bridgewater schools physical education program.

Hardball Pitches. There are two in the community, a youth level one being at the Kinsmen Athletic Field, and a senior ballfield at the LaHave Street Sportsfields.

The Kinsmen Field boasts a quality 400-meter track where regional meets are being held and where the high school and junior high train. It is hoped that during the Town’s centenary this field could host the provincial tournament, thereby increasing economic spin-offs to the community.
