Louisa Brown purchased this lot in 1889 from Alexander Stewart, a joiner, and built both houses shortly afterwards. Louisa Brown was the widow of Peter Brown, a native of Glasgow, Scotland. Upon her death, Louisa Brown willed it to her grandson, Dewey Eisener, who then willed it to his mother, Lilly M. Eisener. |
