  • This late 19th century house with gable roof still has original molded hoods over all windows. It also has returned eaves and corbelled brickwork around the two chimneys.

History:

  • The A. F. Church Map (c.1883) identifies this house as belonging to "S. Rhodenizer". According to deed research, Stephen Rhodenizer purchased this lot in 1871 for $50. He therefore must have built this house between 1871 and 1883. This house has remained in the possession of only two families over its 100 plus year history.
