|Built: 1934||Builder/ Architect: Dean Beck|
|Style: Greek Revival|
This house has lost much of its original character with the modern additions of vinyl siding and modern windows but some of the original features remain such as the six over one window under the porch.
Mr. Lupean L. Conrad and his wife, Lottie had this house built by Dean Beck in 1934. Lupean was a worker for the Halifax and South Western Railroad before the beginning of the Second World War. When War broke out, Lupean signed up and was a Private in the 25th Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force in which he served until 1945 when he was killed in action. After Lupean’s death, Lottie built an addition on to the kitchen.
