The Town of Bridgewater is inviting expressions of interest from individuals looking for an opportunity to rent commercial office space in Bridgewater's downtown core.  The Town has space available in two locations: 60 Pleasant Street, which is traditional commercial office space; and 48 Pleasant Street, which is converted office commercial from residential.

The Town is willing to negotiate a flexible lease package, which can be tailored to an individual's specialized needs. 

A complete proposal should include:

  • Contact Name
  • Business name and type
  • Square footage requirements
  • Number of offices required
  • Monthly rental price proposal
  • Additional services requested (i.e. office equipments and services)
