The TOB Worker Bee system is designed to give members of the general public a one-stop location to submit questions, comments, concerns, standard service requests, or feedback to the Town of Bridgewater.
Information that is received through this form is vetted by staff and routed to the appropriate department. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation message that your message has been received. If staff have additional questions or you have requested follow-up contact, staff will reach out within two business days of your message.
Please note that due to budgetary and operational constraints, not all service requests that are received will be completed immediately. All submissions, however, are catalogued and tracked by Town staff and your input is important.
Due to the size of high resolution photos, if you are submitting images, please do not submit more than three images per message.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY
If you have information that is related to a critical matter, such as a watermain break or wastewater system issue, please immediately contact either the Town's Engineering Department at 902-541-4370 or the Public Works after hours emergency number at 902-543-5142.

Please note that by using the TOB Worker Bee contact form to submit a service request or feedback to the Town of Bridgewater, you are agreeing that any contact information you provide may be shared across Town of Bridgewater departments and staff or with Town Council as deemed appropriate by Town staff based on the nature of the submission.
Any personal information submitted, such as your name and contact information, will not be publicly disclosed by the Town of Bridgewater without your expressed written permission.
