Featuring local, pastured pork and goat; smoked turkey and microgreens salad; and Lunenburg County blueberry grunt from Chef Matthew Krizan of Mateus Bistro. A vegetarian option consisting of grilled quinoa cake with grilled seasonal vegetables and black olive tapanade with a basil drizzle is also available.
Enjoy local music and entertainment in the beautiful greenhouse dining room. Beer and wine available from Petite Riviere Winery. Tickets available for $30 starting July 29 at Wile's Lake Farm Market. Some student/low income/unwaged tickets available for $10--contact the festival office for details.
