Address: 63 Elm St.
Heritage Status: None
Built: 1900
Builder/Architect: Unknown
Style: Queen Anne Revival

The home features a hipped roof and a symmetrical facade. There is a large portion which juts out like a frontispiece and resembles a tower. It also features ornamental cornerboard and returned eaves.

The home was likely built for C.H. Davison (a lumber merchant of Davison Lumber and Manufacturing Co.), but it seems that Archie Davison's gardener lived here instead.
