Address: 529 Lahave St.
Heritage Status: None
Built: 1852-1883
Builder/Architect: Unknown
Style: Greek Revival

This Greek Revival home features a gabled roof and a hipped dormer protruding from its left side. True to style, it has returned eaves and cornerboards. Original moulded windowhoods remain and there is a portico that runs the length of the facade.

The building was built for Jacob Wentzell, a wheelwright.  Wentzell sold it to Edward S. Davison, son of E.D. Davison Jr. (Bridgewater's second mayor) and grandson of E.D. Davison Sr. (founder of E.D. Davison and Sons Lumber Co.).
