Built:  c.1904-1910

  • This turn of the century gable roofed house has a side ell which is united with the main section of the house by a veranda. Also note the turned posts and bracketry on the veranda.

  • Louisa Sorette purchased this lot from the heirs of James Grinton in 1904 and it appears as though her husband, Henry, built this house shortly thereafter. In 1922, the home was sold to Frederick E. Veinot, a railway engineer.
