  • This home has an interesting jerkinhead roof (or hipped gable), where the roof is only hipped at the peak. It was originally the carriage house of the adjacent property at 25 Dominion St. It has been added to and altered over the years and is now vinyl sided.

  • The home was built as a carriage house for William V. Andrews, a merchant. Also owned by Carmen Marshall, a doctor, as well as Wallace N. Rehfuss, a surgeon.
