  • This house is reminiscent of the Gothic Revival style with its steeply pitched gable roof, large central dormer with pointed roof, symmetrical three bay facade, sidelights and wide cornerboards. Also note the brackets on the canopy over the front door.

  • This home was the residence of William Oakes, a farmer. Over the years this building has been used as a residence and as a place of business. Dr. Victoria Ernst owned this property from 1926-1941. Ernst was the first female doctor in town and at one time owned the most property in town.
