Architecture:

  • This house is built with attention to detail characteristic of many of the more substantial houses of the period c. 1930, and it retains all of its original character. Note particularly the main doorway with its sidelights and Adamesque ornamentation over the transom.

 

History:

  • The home was built by Dr. Duncan Campbell in 1929. In 1949, the home sold to A. Rachael Dickinson and remained in the Dickinson family until at least 1983.
