  • This pre-World War I house retains its original form but has undergone changes in detail and texture through a modern coat of vinyl siding.

History:

  • Original owner, Wilbert E. Manning ran a grocery and crockery ware business on King Street. In 1930, he sold the house to John C. Blakeney, a fruit dealer, who owned it until his death in 1956. Allen Blakeny, Premier of Saskatchewan lived here.
