• This house was vinyl sided in 1984 and much of the surviving trim elements have since disappeared. Alterations including picture windows on the gable end have comprised the original character of the house. 

History:

• Leigh Richmond Manning, master mariner, was the original owner of this house and lived here until his death in 1933.
