  • Sidelights and transom window around main door
  • Intact moulded hoods over all windows
  • Returned eaves and moulded supporting posts on the veranda
  • House is still shingled, and chimney still has curved brick cap

 

History:

  • House probably built by Alexander Stewart c. 1890; other local houses (140, 144) that are similar trace back to his name
  • John Zwicker (mariner) bought lot in 1890 for 100$, likely had Stewart built him a house
