  • Rambling wings have been added to the home. Bold bracketed window hoods and unusual "belt-strap" window trim can be found on the home, as well as an unusual main door treatment with a transom window and a single sidelight (which have since been filled in).



  • The first owner of the home was John Nelson, a merchant. The nature of his business is unknown.
