Founded in 1991, Dave's Multisports Club (DMC) is a non-profit sports club based out of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. The club is owned and operated by David Penny, a coach with over 40 years of coaching experience. Over the past few years, under the guidance of David, our coaching team has grown – we now have six coaches and a qualified boxing judge. We also currently have boxers in the competitive circuit.

FUN Ukulele Jam presents POP UPs for Birthday Parties (Children and Adults), any or all social events, business opening and open house promotion and celebrations, festivals. We bring the music, performers and a FUN ukulele jammers for a fun event drawing a crowd! Free Ukulele Nite happens on the first Monday each month, at FirkinStein Brewery, Downtown Bridgewater, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The LaHave River Salmon Association is a non-profit organization dedicated towards the conservation of Atlantic Salmon and other native species on the beautiful LaHave River in Nova Scotia Canada. Since its conception in 1963, the LRSA has been a steward of the river, helping maintain and enhance the fish population and increasing angling opportunities.

Completed in late 2008, the HB Studios Sports Centre is a community based recreation facility located in the Town of Bridgewater on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. A high quality artificial grass sports field that provides a perfect surface for soccer and other sports. A 209 metre oval track that is perfect for walking and running. Daily and monthly passes available. Multi Sensory experience rooms with specialized equipment to stimulate mental activity.

Bright & Lion is a non-profit club determined to make the sport of rugby accessible, fun, and inclusive in Lunenburg County. We are a safe place to learn, grow, and make new friendships. The South Shore District Soccer Association organizes the summer soccer league and consists of clubs across Lunenburg and Queens Counties.

Welcome to the Seahawk Minor Football Club (SMFC). The SMFC is dedicated to promote & further the development of the sport of Canadian Tackle football for all residents of the South Shore area of Nova Scotia. Currently we offer tackle programs for Mite. Atom, Peewee, and Bantam players which covers ages 6 - 14. We also programs and camps from March to June for all ages. New this year is the Varsity Girls 18U 6-A-Side league for Females 15-18 years of age. All our programs are co-ed except for the Varsity Girls Program.

​The Bridgewater Barracudas Swim Club exists to promote and develop competitive swimming for the youth of Bridgewater and surrounding area during the summer months. 5 - 18 years. Must be able to swim one length of 25 meter pool. Home at the O'Regan's Subaru Outdoor Pool (154 Jubilee Rd.) Six week season.

The LaHave River Yacht Club is located on the West side of the LaHave River, 12 kilometers south of the town of Bridgewater. LRYC is a private, non-profit club fully funded by membership fees and volunteer labour.

Established in 2015, Universal Cheer is the dream project of a group of individuals who wanted to give something more to the community of the South Shore: An affordable, fun and enriching range of athletic services offered to families along the South Shore. With a focus in Cheerleading we endeavor to have our athletes learn how to perform the skills they will learn in a safe, experienced environment. We offer competitive and non competitive programs to a wide range of ages ranging from 4 years or older. Our Competitive Season includes several All Star Competitions provided through Cheer Nova Scotia. Our Non Competitive programs will have an option to perform at one of these events during the season.
