The Downtown Planning Advisory Committee (DPAC) is comprised of a selection of elected officials, business owners, stakeholders, and Town of Bridgewater residents, working closely with staff, to provide recommendations to Town Council on development and strategies to grow our local economy and support all business in the Downtown Bridgewater core.
DPAC was been keenly active in providing advice and direction to Town Council and staff during the planning and execution of the 2016 Take Back The Riverbank project, as well as other projects and proposals up for consideration that will have a particular impact on, but not necessarily limited to, the King Street area of Bridgewater.
The committee typically meets every other month at Town Hall in Bridgewater and provides policy advice to Town staff and Bridgewater Town Council on a number of matters, ranging from development initiatives and proposals to business-focused insentive programs to special events.
