An application for a development agreement was received from Olympus Properties Management Limited (the “applicant”) on July 4, 2019 to construct a 38-unit residential development at 18 Hirtle Drive, PID 60043437, (the “subject property”). The subject property is currently zoned as High Density Residential (R6) and in this zone multi-unit residential dwellings containing between 21 and 40 units per acre may be considered by development agreement; the subject property is 1.26 acres, therefore 38 units are permitted.
that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater give first consideration to the development agreement as contained in Appendix A of Document 19-104A for 18 Hirtle Drive, and schedule a Public Hearing during the regularly scheduled Council meeting on October 28, 2019 6:00pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall.

that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater give second and final consideration to the proposed development agreement and enter into the development agreement regarding the property located at 18 Hirtle Drive in a manner similar to the draft development agreement dated October 28, 2019 and contained in Appendix A of Document 19-104B, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to execute this agreement only within the timeframe described in the development agreement. Should the document not be signed within the timeframe described in the development agreement, Council shall consider any request to sign the development agreement as a new application and follow the entire process required by the Municipal Government Act.
