A public participation meeting was held on June 23, 2021, at 6:00pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall. Notification was provided to all properties within 30m (100ft) of the property. Two staff and one member of the public were in attendance. Notice was published on June 16, 2021, in the South Shore Breaker for one week prior to the meeting. There were no comments received prior to the July 2 deadline.
