  Wrap around veranda in the Queen Anne style, with a pediment over the front step

  The entire house is decorated with intricate wood work, from the fine treillage adorning the top of the veranda to the decorative shingle work above the second story window, defining the attic level.

  The original carriage house remains at the back of the property.

History:

Owen A. Maryatt built this house for Captain Daniel Meisner around 1909. The 70ft tall linden trees on the property were reportedly brought back by Capt. Meisner from his travels. In the 1970s, it was converted into apartments, but it has since been restored to a one family dwelling.
