BRIDGEWATER TRANSIT SERVICE ALERTS/NOTICES   

September 14 to October 2 –  Due to work taking place at Veinot Bridge, the bus will be detouring from King Street to Starr Street to York Street to Empire Street back to King Street. Stop #4 will be closed during this time. 

Saturday September 19, 2026 - On Saturday between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. the bus will be detouring due to the street closure on King Street for the Harvest Moon Music Festival. All stops will remain in service, and transit hours will be extended until 10 p.m. For more information and to track the live location of the bus, visit www.Bridgewater.ca/Bus

Wednesday September 30^th, 2026 – Truth & Reconciliation Day: Holiday hours – 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

NEW TRANSIT HOURS IN EFFECT

The Town of Bridgewater now has new Transit hours in effect to allow us to better serve the community!

- Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. (an additional hour of regular transit service on weeknights)
- Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (an additional hour of regular transit service on Saturdays)
- Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (same hours)
