CHAPTER 206 - WASTEWATER BETTERMENT CHARGE BY-LAW

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 168 of the Municipal Government Act, Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater, by resolution, on June 14, 2021, gave second and final reading to

and adopted the Wastewater Betterment Charge By-law.

This by-law will direct fees from this initiative to upgrading projects which will improve infrastructure to reduce or eliminate overflows.
