PUBLIC NOTICE of 2nd READING- A By-Law to Amend the Public Sewer By-Law

TAKE NOTICE that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater hereby, intends to give 2nd and Final Reading of a proposed By-Law to amend the Public Sewer By-Law (Chapter 24), with respect to enabling on-site sewage disposal systems within the Town of Bridgewater with terms and conditions.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the proposed By-Law shall be considered by Town Council at the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 15, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 60 Pleasant Street; and
