TOWN OF BRIDGEWATER - PUBLIC NOTICE OF 2ND READING - CHAPTER 212-SIDEWALK CAFE AMENDMENTS

TAKE NOTICE that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater hereby intends to give 2nd and Final Reading of proposed amendments to Chapter 212 Sidewalk Cafe By-law with respect to but not limited to:
- Public barrier must be 50% transparent;
- Public barrier must be 0.9m (3ft);
- The transition from the sidewalk to the temporary boardwalk shall be at an angle of no great than 45 degrees.

TAKE NOTICE that the proposed amendments to By-Law 212 shall be considered by Town Council at the regular meeting scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 60 Pleasant Street, Bridgewater.
