Public Participation Meeting -- Proposed Development Agreement re: 641 King Street

Bridgewater Town Council is considering a development agreement to enable a mixed-use development at 641 King Street. The applicant is proposing 31 units of residential, composed of 24 market units and 7 independent group units, plus 11 bedrooms of supportive housing. The development would also include community space and commercial units on the 1st and 2nd storeys.

A Public Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, in Council Chambers at Town Hall (60 Pleasant St, Bridgewater).
