Public Hearing: Proposed Map Amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Subdivision By-law concerning Parkland Dedication

There is an upcoming public hearing on Monday, May 25th at 6:00 p.m., at which time oral presentations and written submissions concerning a proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Subdivision By-law will be considered. This is the final opportunity for public input. The proposed amendments would change parkland dedication requirements through subdivision, regarding the definition of usable land and the percentage amount of land or cash of equivalent value necessary for dedication to the Town.

This meeting will be held in Council Chambers at Town Hall (60 Pleasant Street, Bridgewater).
