CHAPTER 212 – SIDEWALK CAFÉ BY-LAW
AMENDMENTS

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 168 of the Municipal Government Act, Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater, by resolution, on May 25, 2026, gave Second and Final Reading for text amendments to Chapter 212 -Sidewalk Café By-law, with respect to Temporary Sidewalks, Public Barrier, and Penalties.

TAKE NOTICE that the above-noted by-law may be inspected by members of the public on the Town’s website at  https://www.bridgewater.ca/town-council/town-by-laws-and-policies/by-laws/1417-chapter-201-sidewalk-cafe/file or a copy obtained on request via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots.
