Public Participation Meeting -- Proposed Development Agreement

Bridgewater Town Council is considering a proposal for a Development Agreement to enable the consolidation of subject properties into a single lot. The subject properties are identified by the stars on the map below. This colsolidation would facilitate the construction of a new 18-unit residential building and the conversion of the existing buildings to create an additional 15 dwelling units on Oakland Drive. 
 
A Public Participation Meeting will be held at 6:00p.m. on August 12th, 2026 in Council Chambers at Town Hall (60 Pleasant St, Bridgewater). Registration is required by August 11th.
