NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS -- Municipal Planning Strategy & Land Use By-law Concerning 130 Dominion Street

Take notice that on Monday, August 10, 2026, Town Council of the Town of Bridgewater passed a resolution approving map amendments to the Town's Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Land Use Bylaw (LUB) to facilitate the rezoning of 130 Dominion Street from the Two Unit Residential (R2) Zone to the Medium Density Residential (R5) Zone. 
 
In accordance with Section 208 of the Municipal Government Act, the Provincial Director of Planning has determined that the documents are not subject to approval by the Minister of Municipal Affairs. Therefore, be advised that the amended documents are now in effect as of the date of this notice.
