Notice of Public Hearing - Regarding Lot 102

Bridgewater Town Council is considering selling 0.6 Ha of land along Glen Allan Drive in Bridgewater, known as Lot 102 (PID 60658580) with an estimated value of $235,000, for less than market value to the South Shore Open Doors Association (SSODA) to be used as affordable housing.

A Public Hearing on the land sale will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2023, in Council Chambers at Town Hall, located at 60 Pleasant Street in Bridgewater.
