Bridgewater Town Council is considering a map amendment to the Land Use By-law at 34 Foley's Lane. The subject property is currently zoned Single Unit Residential (R1), and the proposed amendment is to rezone the property to Two Unit Residential (R2) to enable a second unit within the existing structure.
A Public Hearing will be held by Council at 6:00 p.m. on March 24, 2025, in Council Chambers at Town Hall (60 Pleasant St, Bridgewater), at which time oral presentations and written submissions concerning the proposed amendments will be considered. This is the final opportunity for public input.
