Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board -- Amended Notice of Public Hearing

SPECTACLE LAKE LAND HOLDINGS INC. has made an appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board from a decision of a Development Officer of the Town of Bridgewater denying its application for tentative subdivision approval respecting property at 182 and 186 North Street, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, (PIDs 60050317, 60050333, and 60394277). This matter will be considered in a public hearing as follows:

Hearing starts: Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.

(Continuing September 24 and 25, 2025, if necessary)

Evening Session: Tuesday, September 23, 2025. at 6:30 p.m.

Board Hearings are open to the public and you may participate as follows:
