Take notice that on Monday, December 8, 2025, Town Council of the Town of Bridgewater passed a resolution approving map amendments to the Town's Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) Future Land Use Map and the Town’s Land Use By-law (LUB) Zoning Map to redesignate and rezone the property at 1233 King Street from the Low Density Residential designation to the Medium Density Residential designation and to rezone the property from the existing Single Unit Residential (R1) Zone to Medium Density Residential (R5) Zone.
In accordance with Section 208 of the Municipal Government Act, the Provincial Director of Planning has determined that the documents are not subject to approval by the Minister of Municipal Affairs. Therefore, be advised that the amended documents are now in effect as of the date of this notice.
