There is an upcoming public hearing on Monday, February 23rd at 6:00 p.m., at which time oral presentations and written submissions concerning a proposed amendment to the Land Use By-law will be considered. This is the final opportunity for public input. The proposed amendment would rezone 40 Victoria Road from Downtown Residential (R4) to Medium Density Residential (R5) to enable a 4-unit residential development.
