Public Participation Meeting: Proposed Amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law Concerning 130 Dominion Street

There is an upcoming public meeting on Wednesday, June 17th at 6:00 p.m. to learn about proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law. The proposal seeks to redesignate the property from the Low Density Residential to the Medium Density Residential Designation; and concurrently rezone the property from the Two Unit Residential (R2) Zone to the Medium Density Residential (R5) Zone.
