PUBLIC NOTICE - Upcoming 2nd and Final Reading - Amendment to Chapter 192-Property Tax Exemptions By-Law

TAKE NOTICE that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater hereby, intends to give Second and Final Reading for an amendment to Chapter 192 - Property Tax Exemptions By-Law, specifically Schedule "A", by removing civic address 48 Elm Street from the list of exempted organizations as South Shore Transition House no longer owns or occupies that location.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the proposed amended By-law shall be considered by Town Council at its regular meeting scheduled for Monday, July 13, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 60 Pleasant Street, Bridgewater.
