Why are these sessions taking place?
The purpose of Talk Bridgewater is to give people a less formal setting to speak directly with Council members. Town Council is interested in better understanding what is important our community members, what they are happy about and what they would like to see continue or change.

What topics can be discussed with a Councillor?
Anything related to living, working or playing here in Bridgewater! Whatever is on your mind, good, bad or in-between, we want to hear about it.

What happens with my input?
Council members circulate notes to the rest of the Council members on the conversations generated through Talk Bridgewater. This input will help Council better understand the opinions and needs of the community and help them to make more informed decisions that better represent the desires of the community.

I'm not from Bridgewater...
Although the main purpose of Talk Bridgewater is to encourage dialogue between residents and Council members so that decision making better reflects community priorities, Council is also concerned with the opinions of the people who work, shop or accesses the facilities and services that Bridgewater has to offer. We are interested in speaking with anyone who has an opinion that they care to share.
