An application for a development agreement was received from JSTR Investments Ltd. (the “applicant”) on September 24, 2018 to enable the addition of one (1) unit to an existing six (6) unit residential dwelling at 25 Dominion Street, PID 60030178, (the “subject property”). The subject property is currently zoned as Restricted Commercial (C6) and the applicant is requesting a development agreement to permit the additional unit.
that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater give first consideration to the development agreement as contained in Appendix B of Document 18-149A for 25 Dominion Street; and schedule a Public Hearing during the regularly scheduled Council meeting on February 25, 2019 at 6:00pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater give second and final consideration to the proposed development agreement and enter into the development agreement regarding the property located at 25 Dominion Street in a manner similar to the draft development agreement dated February 14, 2019, contained in Document 18-149B, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to execute the agreement only within the timeframe described in the development agreement. Should the document not be signed within the timeframe described in the development agreement, Council shall consider any request to sign the development agreement as a new application and follow the entire process required by the Municipal Government Act.
