An application was received from Front Line Properties to amend the development agreement for 144 Victoria Road (PID 60712445) to increase the footprint of the building and accommodate the resultant changes to the overall site and building characteristics. This requires replacing Schedules B, C, and D of the development agreement and adding an additional clause to Section 4: Building Characteristics.
The development agreement was to construct a 3 story, 30-unit affordable residential development targeted to seniors and was approved by Council at the Public Hearing on January 14, 2019 (Document #18-104C).
A Public Hearing was not required for the amendment as it is non-substantive.

that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater amend the existing development agreement for the property located at 144 Victoria Road to accommodate an increase of the building footprint and the resultant changes, by adding subsection (c) to Section 4 and replacing Schedule B, C and D with the site plan, landscaping plan and elevation drawings attached respectively as Appendix B, C, and D, as presented in Document 18-104E.
