Take notice that on July 13, 2020, Council of the Town of Bridgewater passed a resolution approving a map amendment to the Town’s Land Use By-law to remove the requirement for additional parking for outdoor cafés on private property, and to enable proposed amendments to the Sidewalk Café By-law to permit sidewalk cafés on other Town-owned property.
In accordance with Section 210 of the Municipal Government Act, an aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning, or the Council of an adjacent municipality may appeal Council's decision to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board. Notice of appeal must be served on the Board within fourteen (14) days of the date of this advertisement.
