DesBrisay Museum Application Overview - Completed
An application was received from Black Seal Properties Ltd. to amend the development agreement for 493 King Street (PID 60029915) to reduce the number of total stories from six (6) to four (4) (Schedule B), reduce the minimum step-back at the base of the third story, reduce the footprint size of the proposed rear addition to the existing building (Schedule C), and update the Wastewater Study (Schedule D).
The original development agreement was to construct a mixed-use multi-unit residential and commercial building up to 19 dwelling units and was approved by Council at the Public Hearing on May 11, 2020 (Document #19-140B).
