An application for a development agreement was received from 4204678 NS Limited (the “applicant”) on June 22, 2021 to construct a 35-unit residential development at 102/108 Aberdeen Rd & 14 Hirtle Dr, PIDs 60043429, 60043478 and 60394210 (the “subject properties”). The subject properties are currently zoned as Urban Commercial (C3) and in this zone multi-unit residential dwellings exceeding 3,250m² (34,983ft²) up to a maximum of 30 units per acre can be considered by development agreement.
