There will be a public hearing on Monday, February 12 at 6:00PM in Council Chambers at Bridgewater Town Hall (60 Pleasant St) during which oral presentations and written submissions concerning the proposed development agreement will be considered. This is the final opportunity for public input.

Resolution:
that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater approve the development agreement regarding the property located at 654 Glen Allan Drive, in a manner similar to the draft development agreement, as shown in Appendix "A" of document #24-009A, conditional on the approval of the Land Use By-law amendment to the definition of affordable housing at the scheduled Public Hearing on February 26, 2024.
Subsequently, the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement and any other required instruments only within the timeframe described in the development agreement. Should the document not be signed within the timeframe described in the development agreement, Council shall consider any request to sign the development agreement as a new application and follow the entire process required by the Municipal Government Act.
