Passed Resolution 22-087:
That Council for the Town of Bridgewater give second and final consideration to the proposed development agreement and enter into the development agreement regarding the property located at 233 Logan Road in a manner similar to the draft development agreement dated March 14, 2022, as shown in Appendix A of Document 21-182B, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to execute the agreement only within the timeframe described in the development agreement. Should the document not be signed within the time frame described in the development agreement, Council shall consider any request to sign the development agreement as a new application and follow the entire process required by the Municipal Government Act.
