That Council for the Town of Bridgewater give second and final consideration to the proposed development agreement and enter into the development agreement regarding the property located at 388 King Street in a manner similar to the draft development agreement dated December 12, 2022, as shown in Appendix A of Document 21-179B, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to execute the agreement and any other required instruments only within the timeframe described in the development agreement. Should the document not be signed within the timeframe described in the development agreement, Council shall consider any request to sign the development agreement as a new application and follow the entire process required by the Municipal Government Act.
