that Town Council for the Town of Bridgewater give second and final consideration to the proposed development agreement and enter into the development agreement regarding the properties located in 777 King Street, 11 Victoria Road and PID 60686177 in a manner similar to the draft agreement dated September 12, 2022, as shown in Appendix A of Document 22-123A, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby authorized to execute the agreement and any other required instruments only within the timeframe described in the development agreement. Should the document not be signed within the timeframe described in the development agreement, Council shall consider any request to sign the development agreement as a new application and follow the entire process required by the Municipal Government Act.
